All Tours include lodging, tour guide, chase vehicle, maps of the routes, information about the areas visited and all taxes. Breakfast and dinner meals provided according to individual Tour Descriptions. Each tour will run with a minimum of 6 motorcycles. Not included are motorcycles, fuel, snacks, insurance, alcoholic beverages, or other incidental or personal items. No refund can be made for any missed meals or lodging. We recommend that all participants obtain trip insurance to cover expenses in the event they are unable to attend their scheduled tour. If a tour is cancelled for any reason, the registrants will receive a full refund.
A deposit of $500.00 per person is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the date of departure. If Freedom Tours receives notice of cancellation in writing at least 60 days prior to the date of departure, the deposit will be returned, less a $100.00 administrative fee. If notice is received less than 60 days in advance, a refund will be made only if space is filled by another party.
Freedom Tours welcomes all licensed riders regardless of make and model of motorcycle. We ask that all machines comply with state laws regarding noise and safety equipment. Motorcycles which are modified with loud exhaust beyond legal limits are not appropriate for our tours. By design, most of our overnights are in small mountain towns where quiet surroundings are valued. We do not have a set minimum for number of years of riding experience but it is essential that all riders have sufficient skill and experience to safly handle a variety of weather and road conditions. We recommend the Motorcycle Safety Foundation's basic and experienced rider courses as valuable ways of increasing riding awareness and skills.

I am fully knowledgeable concerning the danger and hazards associated with riding motorcycles. I certify that I am duly licensed and competent to operate a motorcycle in a safe manner, and the vehicle is in a safe operating condition. I will be riding on public highways and am solely responsible to determine the speed and operational characteristics of my motorcycle while participating in the tour. I understand that Michael L. Broadstreet, d/b/a Freedom Tours, Inc. is acting as my agent specifically to obtain housing and meals along the route, and I hereby release and hold harmless Michael L. Broadstreet and Freedom Tours, Inc. against any and all claims, causes of action, or any other liability of any kind arising from my activity of touring by motorcycle.

Upon receipt of your reservation we will provide you with a hotel list, trip tips, video, a list of recommended items, maps, and information about your tour. Also included will be a copy of "Proficient Motorcycling" by David L. Hough, a book full of essential knowledge about motorcycle skills.
